Thank you so much for your help and a special thank you to [BSV] who helped me so much to go on. I also liked being in my own home.Cruse service is nothing short of brilliant! I was amazed at how professional the person who visited me was and how she helped me so much when things were really difficult. Cruse got me through the worst part. Mrs G, HalesworthJulie was a lovely warm person who helped me even just listening to me as well as advice and understanding. I feel so much better.Emma was so nice, she listened to me. She gave me so much support. Lovely lovely person. Thank you so much for your help and understanding. The course was very informative and a good insight into the work of Cruse. This has helped me to think about my practice. The whole day was very enjoyable and completely met my needs and expectation. The service you provide is second to none. I would like to say a big thank you to all the people who are involved with Cruse. Anne was so much help through this journey I took after my dear husband died.Fantastic and engaging with excellent facilitators. I really enjoyed the active participation and ability to share thoughts and feelings and the role play situation where family dynamics could be clearly seen. It was an excellent day and I would recommend this to colleagues. My visitor helped me to work through and understand the things I was trying to deal with. Throughout my sessions I came to realise I am my own person and life moves on – all thanks to my volunteer who was brilliant. The sessions helped me to move on in a dignified and honourable way, both for myself and others. We shared laughter and tears. The help and support I needed was there for me via my excellent visitor.I found it very helpful and I was not pressurised to talk about my feelings. It was most beneficial and I would recommend it to anyone in a similar position. The two trainers who came to deliver our day workshop on children’s grief were brilliant. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day even though we were talking about death and grief, and our staff all feel far more confident about dealing with issues of death and grief in their daily tasks. We would definitely recommend Cruse training to anyone who has to deal with bereavement.
